1 oz Velvet Falernum
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
Strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with a Large Ice Cube
Garnish with a Lime Peel
PALMETTO
1 oz Parce 8 Year Rum
1 oz Parce 12 Year Rum
1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add ice and stir for 30 seconds
Strain into an glass
Garnish with a Lime Coin
THE CLASSIC DACQUIRI
2 oz Parce 8 Year Rum
0.75 fresh lime juice
0.75 cane syrup*

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lime coin.
*Cane syrup is 1:1 unrefined cane sugar (turbinado water). Heat and stir until all crystals are dissolved. Let cool before using.

(Rum Old-Fashioned)
2 oz Parce
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Barrel-aged Orange Bitters
1 Bar Spoon Raw Demerara Sugar
2 Orange Slices
2 Luxardo Cherries

Add the syrup, bitters, a cherry and an orange slice to a double rocks glass.
Muddle together and remove the orange rind.
Add rum and stir well.
Garnish with cherry and orange slice.
