Refund policy

1. Return Policy

At Parce Rum, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns of:

  • Bottles that have been opened or tampered with.

  • Products on sale or purchased with a promotional discount, unless they are defective.

  • Personalized products or limited editions, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

  • Send an email to [customer service email] with the subject line: “Return Request – [Order Number]”.

  • Attach a photo of the product and explain the reason for the return.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or order error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If payment was made by cash or bank transfer, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different flavor or presentation), follow the same process outlined above to request a return. Once approved, you may proceed with a new purchase.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Attach photos of the packaging and the product received.

In these cases, return and reshipping costs will be covered by us.
